Your Opportunity The Tender Analyst will analyze tender reporting requirements using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers. He/she will demonstrate a high level of responsibility and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand the needs and deliver the requirement, timely and with high accuracy and reliability. He/she will identify data sources and interpret trends and patterns in datasets, will construct creative data / trends visualization based on business data and market knowledge. He/she will create specifications for reports and analysis based on data elements required or available. He/she could directly produce data sets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools as required. Dashboard Architecture & Data Modeling : Architect the underlying data models, schemas, and calculated fields required to power advanced Tableau and BI dashboards. Ensure that data structures are optimized for rapid query performance and scalable reporting. Database Structure & Pipeline Engineering : Build and maintain robust database structures (DB) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines. Integrate disparate data streams—including distributor spreadsheets, SimplyBid master data, and external bidding news—into a single source of truth. Technical Governance & Systems Integration: Establish data governance protocols to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Collaborate with regional IT teams, system administrators, and automation engineers (including IT Interns) to align database infrastructure with broader corporate IT frameworks. Build strong collaborative relationships with peers that includes timely feedback and communication to gain alignment Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business. Who you are Bachelor's degree in a business, scientific or related field such as finance, marketing, MIS, IT, engineering, etc. from a reputable university (local/overseas) Professional Experience, Core Competencies, Mindset, and Behavioral Traits Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics and consulting Experience working in cross-functional projects Experience in the Healthcare Industry and MNCs will be an added advantage ● SAP and BI reporting tools (ie.
