Your Opportunity ​Accelerate Your Career in Precision Medicine If you are looking to transition from traditional medical sales into the frontier of genomic innovation, this permanent role offers the perfect platform for your professional evolution. As part of the Foundation Medicine Inc. (FMI) team within Roche Diagnostics Pakistan, this role is based in Lahore and will cover the Central and North regions. Reporting directly to the Business Manager for FMI, you won't just be managing a territory—you will be building a market, expanding your strategic business acumen, and establishing yourself as a leading expert in comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP). The primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche: Own your territory and build high-level partnerships by serving as the trusted, expert face of Foundation Medicine (FMI) for prominent Oncologists, Pathologists, and multidisciplinary tumor boards across the Central and North regions. Responsible for Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs: Champion the scientific adoption of FMI's cutting-edge genomic testing portfolio, directly influencing personalized healthcare pathways. Disease landscape understanding and products knowledge: Sharpen your scientific expertise by mastering complex molecular oncology, precision diagnostics, and genomic data to consult confidently with top-tier medical experts. Responsibility of Roche’s products through their lifecycle and support its appropriate use: Step up to the challenge of managing regional commercial targets, honing your data-driven territory planning and execution skills. Broad understanding of his/her therapeutic area and its respective future pipeline, such that they can work on future-based solutions: Grow into a strategic leader by collaborating directly with the FMI Business Manager to co-create regional business blueprints, analyze market dynamics, and map long-term institutional accounts. Partners with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community: Develop sophisticated problem-solving skills as you work across complex hospital ecosystems to streamline genomic testing workflows from sample to report. Awareness of disease Diagnosis: Position yourself as a thought leader by educating clinicians on the paradigm-shifting value of comprehensive genomic profiling over traditional testing. HCP education (pre-approved & post-approved products): Expand your professional presentation and leadership skills by driving scientific roundtables, medical meetings, and clinical case reviews. Patients’ Access to available funds e.g PBM/SSP & others: Gain valuable experience in healthcare market access by exploring and leveraging institutional funding and patient support avenues. Proactive communication with HCPs on PSP: Drive impactful patient-centric solutions by ensuring healthcare providers are fully aware of programs designed to maximize testing accessibility. PJP acts as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverages this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem: Develop high-level "systems thinking" capabilities by embedding FMI testing into standard hospital clinical protocols. Responsible to report incident/accident immediately to SHE department: Attend / complete all requisite on-line and F2F trainings (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit to ensure the learning outcome after the training has been implemented. Responsible to own the SHE goals as individual goals and play his/her part to achieve the goal in line with strategies/action plan. Identifies, collects and immediately reports all safety related information on Roche products to Local Safety Responsible as per Roche requirements and local regulations. Responsible for maintenance of records (electronic and physical as per the Local Core Map policy. Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time as required by the business. Who You Are You are a driven professional looking to elevate your career, blending strong scientific curiosity with an entrepreneurial spark. Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacy (Pharm-D), or a related Life Sciences discipline. An MBA or commercial qualification is highly valued as a sign of your strategic ambition. Proven Track Record: 3 to 5 years of successful commercial or territory management experience within the pharmaceutical or diagnostics sector in Pakistan. Domain Focus: A strong foundation in Oncology or Molecular Diagnostics/Genomics is preferred, alongside a desire to master the complexities of personalized medicine. Strategic Aspiration: A demonstrable ability to look beyond daily sales numbers, showing the potential to think analytically, analyze market trends, and contribute to broader business planning. Relationship Builder: An established or growing network among regional oncologists, coupled with the energy and willingness to travel extensively across the Central and North regions. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn deep scientific concepts into compelling commercial value.
