Roche Diagnostics Pakistan is looking for a Product Manager, internally titled as Manager Business Innovation Molecular. Reporting to the Team Lead- Business Innovation, this position will see you developing specific marketing plans for products within the organization, interprets and translate scientific clinical data into commercial implications. You will analyze data and make strategic recommendations while providing marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches. This is a permanent and individual contributor position based in Karachi, within our Diagnostics business. Your Opportunity Conceptualize, lead, execute and/or coordinate all activities related to product launches, product promotions, scientific training and for the Sales team, Customer & market analyses, co-creation and implementation of marketing plans and management of allocated A& P budget. Co-create with Medical, Sales teams, Clinical Value Marketing promotional, educational, access and partnership initiatives or business model solutions, which support faster adoption of Diagnostics solutions according to clinical guidelines and protocols Partner with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop and communicate unique value propositions for our Diagnostics portfolio Identify strategic partners (public or private organizations) which can facilitate improved Patient Access – e.g. MoH, telehealth/teleconsultation system providers, insurance and financial institutions, patient coaching providers, NGOs, Hospitals etc. Co-develop the marketing plan based on robust market insights and analytics and informed by regular key Customer visits with Medical & Sales Source & analyze (including the development of business cases) market insight for new product launch potential, competitor intelligence, hospital procurement policies, pricing, etc. Leverage globally developed campaigns and brand assets to deploy locally translated promotional/educational materials for new and existing products, including brochures, leaflets, detailing materials, presentations, Lead HCP and Institutional marketing efforts for product promotion. including disease education Maintain strong disease and product knowledge; support internal and external customer education programs and product training Lead KOL engagement and speaker programs Leverage Medical and Scientific studies to create content for patients, HCPs and Institutions Drive shift in engaging HCPs on digital marketing platforms Conduct double visits with the Sales team to shape actionable content and format for the product training and promotional campaigns Coordinate with Medical to establish relevant presence and engagement for strategic events (symposia, conferences, etc.) Collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the Sales, Medical and other functions to deliver on the company’s objectives Ensure full compliance with Roche policies, coordinate with Quality & Regulatory functions, and secure timely and proper approval & documentation of activities and assets according to SOPs including the local customization process Contribute to actionable training & progress of the Sales Team by feedback & feed forward and sharing Customer Insight Implement Globally developed/validated tools and assets, customized for local use as applicable Track and consolidate relevant analytics and ROI KPIs Adopt and deploy globally developed patient user Journeys & Personas to deliver coherent customer interactions at scale, driving higher customer satisfaction and retention. Manage digital & social media channels Proactively source and share with internal stakeholders actionable competitive market analytics Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and business impact. Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and innovation initiatives. Who You Are You are someone who wants to influence your own development. Science graduate with Pharm D and Master in Business Administration (Preferred) with 3-5 years of marketing experience in In-vitro Diagnostics industry. A mindset that can deliver change through confident adoption and demonstration of new ways of working with deep analysis of commercial data to understand one's market and territory. Availability to travel to proactively support your team in the field as required. The ability to think and plan strategically. Ideally be able to work in a fast pace, ever changing environment. High computer literacy in MS Office and technical ability. Strong verbal and written English language and presentation/facilitation skills.
