The PositionIT 项目管理实习生 (IT Project Management Intern)职位概览 (Job Summary)我们正在寻找一位自驱、细心且沟通能力强的 IT 项目管理实习生加入我们的团队。在这一角色中，你将作为 Senior 项目经理的得力助手，深度参与到 IT 项目的实际交付过程中。你将有机会接触到真实、完整的 IT 项目生命周期，在资深导师的带教下，学习如何进行跨部门沟通、系统化需求管理及项目风险控制，为你的职业生涯打下坚实的基础。岗位职责 (Key Responsibilities)作为一个助手的角色，你的日常工作将主要围绕以下几个方面展开：项目日常跟进（PM Assistant）：协助 Senior PM 使用 Monday.com 跟踪项目各节点的进度，提醒团队成员及时更新任务状态，确保项目信息同步透明。 需求与运营支持（Demand Management Support）：协助维护 ServiceNow 系统中的需求池，处理基础的日常系统提单、审批流跟进以及平台数据的维护工作。 会议组织与文档管理：负责项目例会、需求讨论会的组织与协调；负责会议纪要（Meeting Minutes）的记录、待办事项（Action Items）的整理及后续的日常推进。 日常行政支持与团队协作：协助收集、整理各业务部门的基础需求，辅助 PM 进行项目周报、流程图及操作手册等文档的编写与归档，支持团队日常的高效运转。 任职要求 (Qualifications)既然是实习生，我们更看重你的学习敏锐度与做事态度：教育背景：本科或研究生在读（2027年或之后毕业优先），计算机、信息管理、工业工程、商业分析或管理类相关专业优先（优秀的跨专业同学亦可）。 核心软实力（最看重）：极强的执行力与细心度：交代的每项日常支持工作都能有始有终、细致地完成，有强烈的责任心。 良好的沟通与协调能力：不怯场，能清晰、礼貌且有条理地与不同部门的同学沟通。 自驱与快速学习能力：愿意主动提问、快速吸收新的业务知识与 IT 工具。 技能加分项：熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Word, Excel, PPT），如果熟悉 Monday.com 或 ServiceNow 等系统者将是极大的加分项。 具备良好的英文读写能力（能处理日常英文邮件、撰写英文会议纪要或文档）。 实习时间：每周能保证出勤 3-4 天及以上，能够持续实习 3-6 个月者优先。 你将获得 (What You Will Gain)1对1资深带教：由 Senior PM 亲自带教，让你明白每一项支持性工作背后的职场逻辑和项目全局观。 前沿工具实战经验：熟练掌握业界主流的 Monday.com 项目管理软件与 ServiceNow 数字化工作流平台，极大提升个人简历竞争力。 良好的团队氛围：Nice 的团队、开放包容的沟通环境。 Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
