The PositionFinance Business Analyst The Opportunity As a member of the RSS Performance Management, Finance Expert Team, as our Finance Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between core finance operations and modern data analytics. You won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be challenging the status quo, automating legacy processes, and shaping how our global business functions make decisions. Embracing an agile mindset, you will directly influence the efficiency of our global Finance teams. Drive Innovation & Automation: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and eliminate manual efficiencies across global sites. Own the Data Narrative: Develop, maintain, and elevate our financial reporting systems and platforms to deliver high-quality, actionable standard and management reporting. Ensure Data Integrity: Manage and oversee consistent master data and robust financial controls to ensure the absolute reliability of our financial statements. Collaborate Globally: Partner closely with local and global Finance teams to provide rapid, high-impact support for urgent business needs and month-end processes. Who You Are The Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a global finance, accounting, or financial systems environment. System & Tools: High proficiency in SAP environments. You are a power-user of Excel, capable of leveraging advanced formulas and data modeling to drive operational efficiency. You have a proven track record—or a strong aptitude—for developing and optimizing sustainable reporting platforms. The Mindset: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for problem-solving and process optimization. You don't just find errors; you build the system that prevents them. Education & Languages: Fluent English is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
