This role supports the entire EMEA SVC OP team in evaluating and enhancing current processes for collecting and analyzing EMEA Service data. The goal is to increase the availability of actionable insights that drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen asset and inventory management, track value streams and contribute to optimize service performance across the EMEA region. Your Tasks: Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements Support process mapping, standardization, and optimization initiatives through quantitative analysis Analyze end-to-end service processes using data to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to define and monitor process KPIs Develop dashboards and reports to track process performance and compliance Provide data-driven support for Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects Contribute to the design and implementation of digital tools and automation to streamline service workflows Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and process documentation Your Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience 3–5 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on process improvement or operational excellence Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) Familiarity with service operations Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and knowledge of AI Based analytics and Agents Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python) Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet) Experience in Storytelling and providing actionable insights to Executives Fluent in English - written and spoken Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
