In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy digitally engaging content assets — with particular focus on interactive digital tools (including Veeva Approved Emails, Mass Emails, Closed Loop Marketing/CLM development), web content integration, and multimedia production that support brand teams across AbbVie Canada's therapeutic portfolio. Working within a growing internal agency, you will bring both technical execution and creative responsiveness to a team to drive agility, quality, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, manage vendor and freelancer relationships, and help shape the Internal Agency’s expanding digital content capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test and deploy digital content, including interactive visual aids and sales tools, using CLM-capable platforms as well as rep-triggered emails (ie Veeva-Approved-Emails) Support the creation and integration of web and digital content beyond email including content for digital platforms, AbbVie Pro, flipbooks, and emerging digital channels as the Internal Agency’s capabilities expand. Produce and edit light-format video content (e.g., short-form explainer videos, animated digital assets, internal communication clips) using accessible video editing tools. Support the tracking and reporting on basic content performance metrics (email engagement, asset utilization, deployment rates) to support continuous improvement and stakeholder reporting. Contribute to the exploration and adoption of AI-assisted content and creative tools in accordance with AbbVie's guidelines. Build expertise across the Internal Agency's core content production tools and contribute to the team's knowledge of emerging platforms and workflows as proficiency develops. Apply basic UX design principles to support the usability and visual quality of digital content assets, including emails, CLM aids, and web content. Proof, edit and proactively review content to ensure accuracy and consistency with copy, images and product presentation while meeting established deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to efficiently manage and organize assets. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise. Support the evaluation of work delivered by freelancers for quality and alignment with project deliverables. Education/Experience Required: Post-secondary education (college diploma or bachelor's degree) in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, UX Design, or a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience. Two (2) experience in digital content production, with demonstrated exposure to or hands-on experience in at least one of: CLM/interactive digital sales aids, web content management, or video/multimedia production. Pharma experience preferred (not required) UX design formal training or certification considered an asset Essential skills & abilities: French and English bilingual proficiency (oral and written) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design tools Experience with digital content production for email campaigns, web, or interactive media Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and communicate proactively with stakeholders Familiarity with or willingness to develop expertise in CLM platforms (Veeva CRM/iRep, eWizard CLM, or equivalent interactive sales aid tools), web CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager) and video editing experience (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva video, or equivalent lightweight tools), considered a strong asset Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools (generative design, copy assistance, etc.) and asset AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
