We are looking for an experienced, energetic Key account Manager in Specialty Care to join our dynamic team. In this role you will represent our Specialty Respiratory portfolio and be an integral part of driving an exciting new product launch while creating and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships for patients, healthcare professionals and GSK. As a business owner, you will build and implement the territory strategic plan and be a key contributor in improving patient outcomes in Sweden. We are looking for an individual who loves to be in front of customers discussing science and patient outcomes, who works brilliantly in a cross-functional team, and who is curious to understand and meet customer needs. You will be responsible for successfully building, owning and executing strategic account plans, launch plans, and accelerating partnerships with key health care professionals, health care accounts and relevant stakeholders. You will work in collaboration with cross functional teams- Business Unit Head, Medical, Brand Manager, Marketing Specialist and Market Access colleagues, to deliver on the regional/national sales plan. You will drive the external environment impacting the current and future market in respiratory diseases and ensure engagement with relevant stakeholders. You will report to the Business Manager for Specialty. This role is field-based which means you will spend most of your working time in-field concentrating predominantly on Stockholm and north Sweden. In this role you will Create and execute high quality Account Plans with detailed HCP omnichannel engagement, leading the X-functional team to deliver on, follow up and measure the agreed customer activities and collaboration projects Promote the launch brand in line with sales strategy to targeted key customers, using GSK selling model – use omni channel (including 1:1 meeting, group meetings, peer to peer engagement and digital touchpoints) to execute on customer engagement plan. Role is 80% external, engaging in customer-facing meetings Utilize high scientific acumen to drive deep discussion with customers on patient needs, GSK product’s clinical data and differentiation of GSK brands vs competition Establish, maintain, and manage relations with key decision makers (EEs, etc) to ensure optimal access for GSK brands. Gain insights to develop commercial opportunities accordingly. Understand payer and access environment and opportunities and work with market access colleagues to tap into those opportunities Prepare and lead a monthly performance review with manager on sales performance and agreed performance indicators. Conclude and propose on areas to improve to optimize account/regional performance Analyse competitive activities & environment systematically in order to facilitate company activities targeted at competitiveness Report day-to-day KPIs in the GSK CRM system Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: University degree in relevant field (Science, Medical or Commercial) Authorized Sales representative (LIF) Proven experience in Key Account Management from the Pharma, MedTech or Biotech industry, and/or experience in healthcare (e.g. Nurse, Pharmacist) Strong understanding and experience in execution of key account management principles Excellent communication and engagement skills (face-to-face and virtual) Ability to demonstrate strong scientific knowledge and credibility when engaging specialist physicians Demonstrated high levels of ownership, autonomy, and strategic thinking. Swedish Salary Range: SEK 627,000 to SEK 1,045,000The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
