Vaccines Group Medical Manager You will lead medical strategy and provide scientific leadership across Türkiye. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external clinical experts, and public health stakeholders. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality evidence, ensuring medical governance, and enabling patient-focused decisions. Vaccines Group Medical Manager is responsible for leading the medical strategy for the Vaccines and HIV portfolio, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and patient-focused medical affairs activities aligned with global and local strategies. Responsibilities: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead and implement the local vaccines medical strategy aligned with global disease and asset strategies. - Oversee medical readiness for new vaccine product launches and lifecycle management. - Provides the medical vision to guide the short to medium-term medical strategy of the TA that addresses patient, customer and business needs. - Provide medical and scientific input into brand and launch planning across the oncology portfolio. - Ensures medical plans reflect the needs of key internal and external stakeholders, serving as an integral part of Brand Team strategic plan. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with external vaccine and relevant specialty experts and advisory boards. - Lead development and delivery of local medical strategy and evidence generation plans aligned with regional and global priorities. - Act as the primary medical contact for cross-functional teams, partners and external clinical experts. - Oversee the preparation, review and approval of medical and scientific materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Plan and deliver scientific exchange activities, advisory boards and medical education for healthcare professionals. - Provide timely, evidence-based medical responses to internal and external queries and support market access and public health discussions. - Monitor scientific literature and local healthcare trends to generate insights that inform strategy and improve patient outcomes. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Medical degree (MD) - Extensive experience (8+ years) in working in pharmaceutical industry - Strong background in vaccines, infectious diseases - Team management experience (min 3 years) in pharmaceutical industry - Proven ability to interpret clinical and real-world evidence and translate it into clear scientific messages. - Experience working in a regulated environment with strong adherence to medical governance and compliance. - Demonstrated experience engaging with healthcare professionals, clinical experts, and public health stakeholders. - Fluent in English and Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Advanced clinical degree or postgraduate training relevant to medical affairs. - Prior experience in vaccines, infectious disease, or preventive public health areas. - Experience in leading teams, line management, or managing field medical partners. - Track record of contributing to peer-reviewed publications, congress presentations, or advisory board outputs. - Experience supporting market access, health technology assessment or public health policy discussions. - Skills in medical communications, digital engagement, or use of evidence synthesis and analytics Working model This role is hybrid with an expectation to be based in a Türkiye office for collaboration and regular local meetings.
