The Sr. Manager, GDCL oUS (Benelux & Israel) plays a critical leadership role in ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective distribution and customer logistics operations across the Benelux and Israel markets. This role leads regional GDCL strategy execution, partners closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and external logistics partners, and ensures seamless order‑to‑customer performance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape regional logistics strategy, lead teams through change, and directly impact customer satisfaction, service levels, and business continuity during a period of organizational transformation. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for GDCL activities across Benelux and Israel, ensuring alignment with EMEA and global objectives. Lead and develop regional GDCL teams, fostering accountability, talent development, and a culture of continuous improvement. Own order‑to‑cash logistics performance, including order fulfillment, distribution, warehousing, transportation, and customer delivery metrics. Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure service excellence, compliance, and financial discipline. Manage and optimize third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, including contract performance, service levels, and cost management. Ensure compliance with GDP, regulatory, and quality standards, addressing risks and leading corrective actions where required. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce cost‑to‑serve, and improve customer experience. Lead regional change initiatives, including system enhancements, network optimization, and business transformation projects. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field) Master’s degree or MBA preferred Experience and Skills Required: Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, customer logistics, or distribution operations. Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior individual contributors. Strong experience in order fulfillment, distribution, and customer logistics within a regulated environment (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare). Proven ability to manage external logistics partners and complex vendor relationships. Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, and cost optimization initiatives. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience supporting multi‑country or regional EMEA operations. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and logistics performance dashboards. Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization. Background in medical devices or healthcare supply chains.
