How will you make an impact? We are looking for a Production & Material Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Joensuu. In this role, you will help ensure efficient order-delivery process by balancing customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to on-time delivery, optimized inventory levels, and continuous improvement across our supply chain. What will you do? Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and supply plans. Plan and coordinate material availability to support manufacturing. Monitor inventory levels, production capacity, and resource utilization. Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Customers, and other stakeholders to resolve planning and material issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data-driven decision-making. Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems. How will you get here? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least two years of experience in production planning, material planning, scheduling, or supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, and manufacturing processes. Experience with Lean methodologies is an advantage. Experience from regulated industries (e.g. medical devices or pharmaceuticals) and knowledge of GMP/FDA requirements is considered an advantage. Strong collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluent in both Finnish and English.
