You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive GPO Transformation Portfolio Coordinator to support our cross-module GPO transformation initiatives. This temporary role provides dedicated portfolio administration and program enablement, ensuring consistent governance, visibility, and execution discipline across Order-to-Cash workstreams including Order Management, Billing, Invoice Delivery, Cash Applications, and the OTC Help Desk. You will act as the "connective tissue" for GPO Managers, centralizing project tracking, meeting preparation, and leadership reporting to allow our process owners to focus on strategic execution, transformation, and decision support. What are we looking for? Position Details Function: GPO / Order-to-Cash Transformation •Portfolio Administration: Maintain the cross-module transformation portfolio tracker (milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and decision logs). Ensure version control and standardized documentation across all project repositories. ? GPO Manager Enablement: Support GPO Managers by consolidating status updates, preparing draft project materials, and standardizing operating routines to reduce administrative burden. ? Governance & Meeting Support: Coordinate recurring governance meetings and working sessions. Prepare agendas, collect pre-reads, document minutes, and ensure accountability for follow-up items. ? Tactical Execution: Monitor action items, track adherence to deadlines, and identify blockers or at-risk items. Maintain a "single source of truth" for follow-ups to avoid duplication across tools. ? Initiative Intake: Manage the intake process for new GPO transformation requests. Validate completeness of submissions, apply prioritization criteria, and route requests to the appropriate initiative owner.
