Must have skills : Performance Testing Strategy Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are seeking an experienced Testing Team Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across projects. The role involves defining testing strategies, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through robust planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with project objectives, Prepare detailed test plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risks, Establish quality metrics, milestones, and checkpoints for deliverables, Ensure coverage across testing types – functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT. - Test Execution & Quality Assurance: est Execution & Quality Assurance: Oversee end-to-end test lifecycle (planning execution defect closure), Ensure timely execution of test cases and adherence to quality benchmarks, Monitor defect tracking, reporting, and resolution cycles, Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and quality standard - Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers/testers, Allocate work based on skills, complexity, and priorities, Conduct performance tracking, knowledge sharing, and capability building - Stakeholder & Delivery Management: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers, Communicate testing progress, key risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders, Ensure alignment with overall project timelines and deliverables - Automation & Tools: Drive adoption of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT), Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines Ensure optimal usage of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) - Process Improvement & Innovation: Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies, Promote best practices in Agile, DevOps, and quality engineering, Explore new testing tools and industry trends to enhance efficiency Professional & Technical Skills: - 6–10 years of experience in Software Testing / QA - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team lead role - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies - Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Selenium, UFT, etc. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively Additional Information: - Good to have: Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner), Exposure to cloud-based testing environments, ISTQB or equivalent certification, Domain exposure in Supply chain, OTM - This position is open at multiple Accenture locations. - 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
