THE WORK As an Analytics Consultant, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that enable effective data generation, processing, and analytics across the organization. Design, build, and optimize modern data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics Implement and manage extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes across multiple systems and platforms Ensure high data quality, integrity, and availability across solutions Act as a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence (BI) and advanced analytics solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business needs Support team decision-making and contribute to key projects and architectural decisions Mentor and guide team members by sharing expertise and best practices Troubleshoot data issues and implement long-term improvements to data reliability and performance Drive continuous improvement of data architecture, tools, and engineering processes Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
