This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure milestones are met effectively. - Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. - Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and best practices in service delivery. - Ability to analyze complex program requirements and translate them into actionable plans. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum. - Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. - Competence in utilizing tools and methodologies that support service management and project tracking.
