Our Data Center team operates as a business partner to design and build the architecture, engineer solutions, and operate our global Data Centers and Colocations. We are seeking a highly critical technical specialist, innovator Senior Data Center Engineer that is passionate about collaborating across the various IT divisions and focused on building a best in class, automated and secure Data center environment. What will you do Perform network design, planning and setup of Data Center network infrastructure based on business and technical requirement gathered across various IT and business divisions Automate tasks and process to transform our Data Center to Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, Python, Terraform) Optimize the network to improve convergence, performance and latency Maintain updated schematic diagrams for infrastructure and low-level architecture design diagram Collaborate in Proof of concept and testing of network solutions Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, policies, procedures and service records Provides support on a world-wide basis. We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills and experience What should you have Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Center Technologies (Cisco Nexus and ACI) and Routing & Switching (VLAN, STP, QoS, VPC/MLAG, HSRP/VRRP, NAT, IPSec, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VxLAN EVPN…) Having a DevOps mindset with good understanding of DevOps principles & best practices. Knowledge of other Networking Products (Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, F5 LTM and GTM, Infoblox) and their integration in a Data Center environment. Coding experience to automate and simplify IT processes and Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, Python, Terraform) Experience working according ITIL processes, Agile delivery and SDLC. Able to supervise and manage simple tasks and projects Good communication and stakeholder management skills with internal and external parties Experience in multicultural communication and solid presentation skills Education Level: MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, International Business & Management, Business Informatics. CCNP or CCIE certification or equivalent with more than 5 years’ experience in Data Center Networking Primary Skills Organized, self-motivated, flexible, fast learner. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Passionate about networking and automation, as well as excited to learn new things Linux and virtualization experience would be a plus.
