On-site with a supportive, collaborative team Career growth: Grow technical expertise in a successful, expanding industry and open pathways to broader opportunities Professional development: Gain valuable experience in a dynamic, evolving role Primary Activities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to Technically support the implementation and maintenance of quality management system and continuous improvement, control the quality of products and processes and act in process audits, considering the standards, norms, procedures and technical quality requirements. Ensures that Safety culture is embedded in the day-to-day work as a priority. Developing and maintaining inspection reports. Support the production on problem solving analysis. Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards. Audit periodically the process according to the Production Basics. Responsible to monitor the scrap reduction and follow up the Rapid Problem Solving. Support the follow up actions of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. If correspond, ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly. Reporting quality anomalies and identify containment actions to support Tier meetings. Collating test data and drafting quality reports. Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes. Pragmatic, organized and methodical. Expertise in Continuous Improvement techniques. Knowledge of the quality tools (monitoring plans, quality system, etc.). Builds a culture of Continuous Improvement. Ensures that the quality system is compliant with the policy guidelines and properly updated. Key competencies, skills & experience required Expertise in Continuous Improvement techniques.
