Job Description Associate Director — Integrated Measurement Build, Digital Human Health Job Description : This role sits within the Commercial AI vertical of Digital Human Health (DHH), which is responsible for building and scaling Integrated Measurement Product – CSO-PromoFit, Data Visualization GAIN and Field Reporting - GATOR and other evolving capabilities across cross-functional teams and divisions. The team operates as an embedded strategic partner to the commercial organization, contributing to solution development and supporting cross-functional stakeholders in delivering analytics capabilities. It supports demand intake and helps translate business priorities into measurement product capabilities Role Overview: As the Associate Director – Commercial AI – Integrated Measurement Build, this role is responsible for supporting the build, enhancement, and deployment of measurement product capabilities such as PromoFit, GAIN, and GATOR within Commercial functions. The role blends strong commercial analytics leadership with AI/GenAI technical acumen to define business problems, develop value cases, align stakeholders, and drive end-to-end product build and adoption. It requires close partnership with Product Owners, Data Science, Engineering, IT, and Risk & Control teams to ensure seamless execution. The primary mandate of this role is to support value tracking and contribute to defined success metrics, enabling consistent delivery and deployment. In addition, the Associate Director will: Partner with Integrated Measurement leadership and cross-functional teams to build, govern and scale PromoFit, GAIN, GATOR Drive strong product governance and disciplined delivery operations Ensure rigorous adherence to the product development lifecycle Enable standardized, high-quality, and compliant feature delivery Foster innovation and operational excellence across globally distributed teams This role serves as a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, and Business stakeholders, ensuring that platform enhancements and new capabilities are delivered with consistency, quality, compliance, and measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities:Demand & Portfolio Management: Lead demand intake, portfolio prioritization, and cross-functional evaluation of priorities, resources, and funding. Roadmap & Delivery Execution: Drive feature roadmap, disciplined build execution, and adherence to stage gates from design to go-live. Governance & Standardization: Enforce standardized artifacts, PDLC compliance, architecture alignment, and Product & Architecture Council governance. Operational Excellence: Ensure delivery discipline, track milestones, manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and provide executive-level status updates. Adoption & Enablement: Drive adoption readiness through training, communication, and enablement planning. Quality, Compliance & Sustainability: Oversee SLAs, incident management, documentation, access controls, and ensure long-term maintainability. Continuous Improvement: Run post-release reviews, RCA tracking, and embed continuous improvement cycles. Functional and Technical Expertise: Drive the design and implementation framework of commercial spend optimization and investment allocation frameworks, leveraging MMx, advanced causal inference methods, and optimization techniques where applicable. Enabling End to End Measurement capability from promotional channel marketing mix, content and campaign. Understanding of pharma dataset, and performance metrices, KPI and having business acumen Knowledge of Field Force and Incentive calculation metrics, dataset and process Having strong knowledge of pharma commercial analytics Ensure a strong, current understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including market access, reimbursement dynamics, and patient care pathways, and how these influence marketing performance and investment decisions. Work management: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, MS Teams Reporting/visibility: Power BI, MicroStrategy, Web based platforms Governance & controls: access management concepts, audit artifacts, SOPs Data/product fluency: KPI frameworks, data model concepts, release & run operations Tools: SQL, Python/R (preferred), Advanced Excel Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP (preferred) Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled analytics workflows Education Requirements : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Data/Analytics, Business, or related field Required Experience and Skills: 8+ years of relevant experience across commercial analytics, product operations, governance, program/portfolio management, digital/data product delivery, or related roles. 4+ years leading teams and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders; proven ability to mentor and grow team capability. Familiarity with commercial data domains such as CRM, promotional, digital engagement, Sales, and related performance measurement. Experience with experimentation design, measurement approaches, and operationalizing performance measurement at scale. Prior experience assessing AI solution build and managing team and stakeholder delivery with strong governance. Exposure to operating model design for AI products (intake-to-scale, lifecycle governance, enablement playbooks). Demonstrated capability to establish reusable frameworks/SDKs, integration patterns, and scalable operating models for AI delivery. Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain trade-offs, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
