Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Site MS&T organization. Drive technical oversight and life cycle stewardship of products and manufacturing processes. Lead technology transfers, process introductions, and scale-up activities. Own site validation strategy. Partner with site, platform, and global leaders. Champion manufacturing excellence. Ensure inspection readiness and technical leadership during inspections. Build strong stakeholder relationships and make data-driven decisions. Essential Requirements: MSc. degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry, or any other relevant scientific discipline. Functional knowledge of English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. At least 5 years of relevant experience in MS&T, Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Development, with demonstrated technical leadership. Strong leadership experience, including people leadership, organizational development, and talent growth. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. Desirable Requirements: Experience within aseptic manufacturing or biologics production environments. Working knowledge of Slovene. Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 46.900,00 – 87.100,00 The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Vsaj 5 let ustreznih izkušenj na področju MS&T, kakovosti, proizvodnje ali razvoja procesov, z izkazanimi izkušnjami tehničnega vodenja. Izkušnje z vodenjem sodelavcev, razvojem organizacije ter razvojem talentov. Izkušnje z upravljanjem deležnikov, učinkovito komunikacijo ter sprejemanjem odločitev. Zaželene izkušnje: Izkušnje na področju aseptične proizvodnje ali proizvodnje bioloških zdravil. Znanje slovenskega jezika.
