The Staff Product Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end conversion strategy across checkout and RFQ experiences on Cytiva.com, owning the critical moment of customer commitment. This role drives measurable business impact by optimizing conversion performance, shaping customer journeys, and aligning cross-functional teams around high-value opportunities. This position translates business goals and customer needs into a cohesive product strategy, ensuring scalable, data-driven solutions that improve conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction across global markets. This position reports to the Product Director, Customer Experience; is part of the Digital, Data and AI team; and is an on-site role, Krakow, Poland. What You Will Do Own and evolve the conversion product strategy (checkout + RFQ), delivering sustained improvements in conversion rate, revenue, and lead quality. Define and operationalize a measurement framework (e.g., funnel metrics and an experimentation roadmap), ensuring all initiatives are tied to quantifiable outcomes. Lead a cross-functional product team (engineering, UX, analytics, SEO, content), ensuring alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and execution against OKRs. Drive a continuous discovery and experimentation engine (A/B tests, usability studies, prototype validation) to reduce uncertainty and accelerate learning. Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across the customer journey, leveraging analytics, customer insights, and market benchmarks. Align product initiatives with platform and architecture evolution (e.g., scalability, performance, and integration with back-end systems), ensuring long-term sustainability. Who You Are BA degree and significant experience in digital product management, including ownership of high-impact customer-facing web products. Advanced experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing), including hypothesis design and statistical interpretation. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) and defining product KPIs tied to business outcomes. Experience working with global, enterprise-scale websites, including multi-market, multi-language, and accessibility considerations. Experience operating in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B e-commerce, life sciences, or regulated industries. Proven track record of improving conversion metrics (e.g., checkout completion, lead generation, funnel optimization) through data-driven product decisions. Experience leading product strategy for complex purchase flows (e.g., hybrid digital + assisted sales, RFQ processes). #LI-AC1 Join our winning team today.
