This position reports to: Junior HR Operations Team Lead __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines or countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the HR Operations Services in Kraków. You will be mainly accountable for:Managing Employee Lifecycle, Payroll and C&B processes (onboarding, employment contracts, work certificates, offboarding, reporting) to ensure smooth HR operations. Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility. Maintaining and updating HR & Time Tracking systems (SAP, Gecotime, Workday) and databases to ensure high data accuracy and quality, while generating reports as needed. Serving as a subject matter expert on employee data management, policies, and processes, providing guidance to HR Business Partners, Managers, and Employees. Identifying deficiencies of existing business processes, taking responsibility for the correct handling of employee data and proactively recommending enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience. Maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders to flag and resolve progress and/or issues, and to maximize customer satisfaction You will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), ideal for candidates looking for a flexible work arrangement while contributing to a global HR Shared Services environment. You are skilled in and have a demonstrated track record in HR Shared Services environment within a global company. Experience in an Employee Lifecycle, Payroll or HR Generalist role is a strong plus. You have experience in a similar role within a shared services environment. You are highly skilled in HR systems such as SAP and Workday, along with MS Office (Word, Excel). You excel in meeting varied customer expectations professionally. Your interpersonal and communication abilities are impressive, both in writing and in verbal exchanges. You are focused on collaboration, demonstrating teamwork and a positive approach. You are detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-organized. You are fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
