This position reports to: Finance Manager Global M&S ELSB/ELSP __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Marketing & Sales Finance team within the Oversight Italy (Italy + Greece + Israel + Francophone Africa + Balcans) organization, and act as senior business partner to the organization to drive business strategy and optimize financial performance. Each day, you will support in making effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and recommending the most appropriate business solution. You will also showcase your expertise by driving definition and implementation of standards and business guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in the financial control process. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Smart Buildings and Smart Power Divisions in the Oversight Italy cluster. Main stakeholders are the local M&S organizations within the cluster, the Global M&S organization, Business Lines finance teams. You will be mainly accountable for: Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets. Overseeing the plan and forecasting process for your area of responsibility and evaluating the financial implications of various strategic decisions, building scenarios, and recommending actions to mitigate risks. Monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision-making; and identifying financial issues and advising functional management team on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus on demand analysis, go-to-market, Return on Investment, sales efficiency, and profitability. Qualifications for the role You enjoy working with financial systems and digital tools, using data and insights to support decision-making and drive sustainable business growth within the electrification business. You have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance Business Partnering and Controlling roles, influencing decision-making at both operational and strategic levels. You are highly proficient in ERP platforms (ideally SAP), reporting solutions, and data visualization tools such as Power BI. You have a genuine interest in digital transformation and are enthusiastic about leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance finance processes and decision-making. You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, complemented by strong business acumen and financial management expertise.
