This position reports to: Vedoucí výroby, PPH __ Location: ABB – Brno, Heršpická 13, relocation to new modern plant in Blučina planned during 2026 For our Low Voltage Switchgear unit in Brno, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Production Administrative Coordinator. This role serves as a key administrative support function for the production department, covering everything from attendance records and personnel administration to reporting, documentation, and operational support. This is not a routine administrative position but a varied role offering a broad range of responsibilities. Work model for this role is: onsite This role is contributing to the ELSP Division. Key Responsibilities Managing attendance records and working with the attendance system Independently handling the administration of temporary agency workers Coordinating onboarding equipment for new employees (preparing PPE and workwear) and creating purchase orders Providing administrative support to the Production Manager Preparing presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for production management Compiling and preparing data for KPI reporting Working with internal systems, including creating tickets and processing minor expense reimbursements Supporting the administration and settlement of business travel expenses Assisting with annual financial settlements and inventory-related activities Performing various ad hoc administrative tasks as required by management Requirements Secondary education (high school diploma) At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role Good computer skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel English language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level Strong organizational and communication skills Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable approach to work Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage What We Offer Reduced working hours – 7.5 hours per day 5 weeks of vacation plus additional leave for exceptional life situations Contribution to a flexible benefits platform (Cafeteria benefit of 2–3% of monthly salary) MultiSport card Annual salary reviews Opportunities for career development both within the Czech Republic and globally Subsidized meals in the company cafeteria Loyalty bonuses based on years of service Employee referral bonus Free parking Discounts with selected partner companies More about us ABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
