Job description
Key Objective The Sales Operations Manager plans, directs and coordinates business operations, provides sales planning and operations support for sales readiness, and sales process advisory services to the sales team (the internal Customer) to help drive sales productivity in support of enabling sales growth. They will do this by managing and executing business planning and operational activities, policies and processes through operational subject matter expertise, enhanced communication, proactive support and valuable cross-functional partnerships. Key Responsibilities Support the business planning and performance review cadence (e.g. KSO, compensation, goal attainment etc) for the APJC business. Support New Year Readiness planning, interlocking with Global teams, peers from other regions, APJC Sales team and cross-functional teams in segmentation, hierarchy setup, goaling, compensation, KSO’s, systems and tools. Develop and maintain sales dashboards in collaboration with the analytics team to provide business visibility to the sales leaders and sales team. Drive operational excellence in funnel management, forecasting, planning with SFDC and analytics dashboards. Drive processes and operations to support change management initiatives. Providing feedback to relevant stakeholders on system improvements and consequently adoption of tools across the sales and operations community. Intelligent Automation: Leveraging AI and advanced analytics to automate routine sales operations and streamline GTM execution. Aligning operations with Cisco's overall strategic priorities, providing feedback to leadership. Become a trusted advisor for the leadership team, supporting critical business decision making by providing solid fact-based analysis. Skills Required Familiarity with Cisco technology and good knowledge of Cisco Sales Operations basics – Share hierarchy, New Year Readiness, Goaling and Compensation. Asia-Pacific regional experience, and global mindset desirable. Ability to interact with multiple cross functional teams Ability to work independently and proactively. Excellent program & project management skills. Ability to develop & present strong data driven business proposals. Excellent communications & presentation skills. Demonstrated high-level of maturity and confidentiality. Experience supporting projects, including driving requirement gathering and supporting change management and adoption and an ability to identify process & systems improvements & enhancements. Experience in Microsoft Office applications, a high-degree of efficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, experience in Tableau preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years of related/work experience Why Cisco?
