Job Location SANTIAGO PLANT Job Description Location: Santiago Plant (Located in Macul) Work Hours: Flexible working hours (25, 30, 35 or 40 hours weekly) Profile: Active undergraduate student in Chile (graduation date at least December 2026). A PS Intern encompasses a range of roles related to process engineering and management. This includes tasks such as identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies, implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, and participating in team projects. What kind of internship projects can you expect: Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies Develop basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements Job Qualifications Qualifications We are looking for students who: Be an active Student (bachelor/university degree) in your penultimate/last year of study (6-18 months to graduation). Desirable careers: Civil engineering, Mecanical engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Engineer student Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and interest in analytics, business insights, and data-driven problem-solving.
