The Opportunity As Project Change Manager you will be part of the RSS Project Management organization. Are you a project management and project change management enthusiast and want to provide best in class project management services to partners across Roche? Then you are the candidate we are looking for. In this role you will be working with the Marketing Technologies organization and its solution teams. You will be responsible for successful project change delivery and translating the technical vision into practical user adoption and rollout plans. Your work will include but will not be limited to: Engagement Delivery Change Management Strategy: Creating, owning and implementing a holistic change management strategy - including engagement, readiness and adoption - in close alignment with the respective solution owner. Drive behavioral change and technology adoption to ensure effective knowledge transfer, user readiness, and the seamless adoption of new functionalities. Change Monitoring: Actively monitor the adoption of technical functionalities across the ecosystem. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance product usability and platform capabilities by collaborating directly with Solution Owners, users and the wider ecosystem. Enablement and Readiness: Drive end-to-end user adoption by defining readiness frameworks, managing cross-solution engagement strategies, and delivering practical enablement materials that empower stakeholders to autonomously execute new business processes Adoption Support & Feedback Loop: Serve as the primary adoption contact for usability questions. Act as the ‘voice of the user’, understanding their business needs, guiding them on how the technology solves those needs, and translating affiliate pain points into actionable feedback for the Solution Owners. Content Consistency: Ensure the creation, accuracy, and consistency of learning content, aligning it closely with broader communication campaigns, and global engagement activities. Providing feedback and ensuring adoption of training material. Capability Building Be an active member of the RSS Project Management Organization by Continuously improving the project management and project change management capabilities, service offerings and community engagement leveraging latest developments and market dynamics Supporting the development of upskilling content and toolkits for our team Actively managing your own development Applying your learnings during engagements and sharing them with your RSS colleagues Who You Are You possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes University degree with 5+ years of experience in project management and project change management. Proven experience in change management principles, methodologies, and applying instructional design to adult learning portfolios. Strong track record of facilitating global workshops and communities of practice. Excellent stakeholder management and English language skills with the ability to communicate across a complex, matrix organization. Experience contributing to global/complex projects or product operating systems. Proficient in leveraging learning and development technology, including Cornerstone, Articulate 360, Synthesia video production, and Google / Microsoft tools. Advantageous exposure to additional related fields, such as business consulting or agile coaching.
