Job Title Implementations Specialist (m/f/d) What does the successful Implementations Specialist do: You will provide high quality service ensuring smooth products implementations to our enterprise customers. What you will do: Set installation schedules and supervise new installations and exchange of old POS terminals for the corporate clients Receive and coordinate orders for corporate clients Take care of incidents and escalations in order to resolve them (including monitoring of the progress of the incidents) Coordination of other operational activities related with implementations for corporate clients Keep operational relations with clients on regular basis and take part in client meetings Prepare regular analysis of KPIs Cooperation with Corporate Sales team and other teams in order to resolve any issues and meet clients expectations. What you will need to have: Strong data analysis skills Detailed knowledge of the operational processes of settlement agent General knowledge of the payment sector Very good knowledge of both English and Polish Advanced knowledge of Excel Basic knowledge of technical parameters of POS terminals (configuration and communication) Knowledge related with settlements Very good communication skills Ability to recognize and address client needs Ablility to work effectively under pressure of clients high expectations Ability to work under time pressure Good negotiation and organizational skills.
