Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The Marketing Manager for ANI Brazil serves as the primary point of contact for local execution and is accountable for the leadership and performance of the marketing team, ensuring best in class execution of the nutritional portfolio across the market including pipeline innovations. This role will drive brand growth by building strong consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, delivering superior in-market execution, and contributing to both short- and long-term business objectives. What You’ll Do Planning, execution and follow-Up of Marketing Plans: Lead the deployment and ongoing optimization of local marketing plans for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with both consumer and HCP strategies to achieve financial (Net Sales, Division Margin) and competitive objectives (Market Share, Market Growth). Consumer & HCP Journey understanding: Develop and continuously refine local journeys by brand, identifying key insights, decision drivers, and the most impactful points of influence and activation. Sustained Training & Brand Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of product technical features (characteristics, benefits, clinical support) as well as key marketing and performance indicators (market share, growth, penetration, headspace, brand funnel metrics across HCPs and consumers). Launch Excellence: Lead and support the execution of pipeline launches, leveraging Cluster brand strategies when available. Ensure full coordination with Cluster and cross-functional teams (NPI, Supply, Demand, Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Trade) to guarantee readiness, alignment, and flawless execution. Competitive Monitoring: Track local market dynamics, such as competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory changes. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform strategy and forecasts. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define and track KPIs (e.g.: sales, growth, share, reach, impressions, CME impacts, etc.) to assess business and launch performance. P&L Management: Own brand level financials, including A&P, SG&A, Net Sales, and GTN-related investments, ensuring delivery of Division Margin targets in line with Plan and quarterly financial reviews. HCP Engagement: Lead the development of effective HCP engagement strategies, including medical education and promotional initiatives, ensuring full compliance with corporate guidelines and OEC standards. Media Plan Execution: Develop and oversee integrated media plans in collaboration with agencies, ensuring clear, consistent messaging that strengthens brand equity and delivers against funnel objectives. Portfolio Strategy and Innovation Support: Contribute to the evaluation and prioritization of new product opportunities through market assessments, go-to-market strategies, and financial analysis in partnership with Supply, NPI, Demand, and Finance teams. Forecasting and RLBE’s contribution: Support monthly and quarterly forecasting processes by incorporating local performance trends, risks, and opportunities. Work closely with Finance teams to develop scenarios and ensure forecast accuracy. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of OTC, OTX or specialized FMCG marketing experience at a large local level. Proven experience managing complex portfolios and executing multiple product launches. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus. Core Skills: Brand Building Strategy & Planning: Expertise in developing and executing strategic brand plans, especially as it relates to more mature brands. Launch Excellence: Experience in managing multiple successful products launches simultaneously. Insight and Foresight: Ability to anticipate market trends and customer needs. Innovation & Portfolio Expansion: Proven track record of positioning new products in an innovative manner within a large portfolio. Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Skilled in engaging customers through various channels and in the private and public market. Financial Acumen and Measurement: Strong understanding of financial metrics and performance measurement. Strategic thinking: Experience and ability to understand and work on complex projects that require strategic thinking and detailed planning.
