The Opportunity As a Medical Manager, you´d have the opportunity to support the following areas of Marketing, Sales, Training, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs. The position is based on our Commercial Office located in Providencia, Santiago de Chile. What You’ll Do Provide medical support to other functional areas of the company. Participate in the development, review and approval of the promotional material, of the products under his/her responsibility. Provide scientific and medical support to the commercial area including training to the Sales Force. Develop and mantain business relationships with the medical community (medical societies, researchers, opinion leaders and health authorities). Support in the scientific or medical evaluation of business opportunities. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), local health regulations related to clinical research, pharmacovigilance and promotional materials. Review and implement changes in the Prescribing (Product) Information (PI) of the products under his/her responsibility and ensure that such changes are aligned with Company Core Data Sheet (CCDS). Improve the strength of the affiliate in clinical research activities, within the corporation for the products under his/her responsibility. Minimum Education Medical degree Post graduate studies or master’s degree in any medical field/specialty is preferred but not mandatory Minimum Experience/Training Required At least 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs in Pharmaceutical Industry. Good awareness and understanding of medical affairs operations, and working across many functional areas, including Marketing support and Sales Force training. Good English language communication skills, both in written and oral form. Good interpersonal, organizational and supervisory skills. Availability to travel. Adaptability, Integrity and Teamwork.
