Responsibilities: • Project Support: Support day-to-day project activities, taking ownership of defined tasks and contributing to successful project execution. • Initiative & Learning: Demonstrate ownership, show initiative, and learn through hands-on experience and challenges. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment and effective project execution. • Analytical Tasks: Contribute to analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement activities within your project scope. • Program Participation: Take part in a structured 10-month development program including learning and networking opportunities. Qualifications: • Education: 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Engineering or Economics & Administrative Sciences (preferably Electrical & Electronics, Automotive, Environmental, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering). • Availability: Availability to work at least 3 days per week. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Analytical Skills: Structured thinking and a problem-solving mindset. • Personal Attributes: Motivated, proactive, confident, and eager to take initiative. • Languages: Good command of English is required. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
