As part of the Market Access, Public Affairs and Patient Programs Leadership Team (MAPLT), oversees the strategy, evolution, and operations of our Patient Support Programs, services and associated innovative patient and health system solutions. Responsible for leading a team of Senior PSP Program Managers, who are accountable for a select number of PSPs and develop program strategy, manage program operations, oversee vendor performance and leverage insights to inform program evolution. The Associate Director works in full compliance with laws, regulations, business rules and BMS standards of Business Conduct and Ethics. Key Responsibilities: Sets the vision, strategic direction and evolution of BMS Patient Services to align with BMS priorities and adapt to healthcare ecosystem transformation, and patient, caregiver, HCP and health system stakeholder needs. Fosters the development of innovative patient and health system solutions by teams to enable enhanced patient and health system stakeholder experience and journeys Defines Key Performance Indicators and value-metrics to measure program impact while optimizing programs costs and gross-to-net impacts Outlines the digital transformation required to modernize and future-proof our PSP programs leveraging AI, data, and digital tools towards innovative solutions, operational enhancements and simplification Leads overall program operations and vendor relations including financials, contracts, and performance reviews aligning with PSP Managers and Procurement colleagues Oversees operational excellence and ensures efficient and agile resource management across the PSP team, contractors, and flex resources, working closely with Market Access Operations and Governance Lead. Accountable for PSP Program Governance, working closely with Market Access Operations and Governance Lead, to ensure alignment and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures Leads and coaches a team of PSP professionals, fostering accountability, agility, and a results-driven environment Collaborates closely with the Market Access Leadership Team, Early Assets, Brand Leads and Health System Partnerships Manager to ensure integrated PSP and health system solution strategies that are aligned to support business objectives. Provides insights and guidance to internal teams on PSP-related trends and best practices. Works collaboratively with Global and Region to ensure Canadian context is understood and integrated into over-arching BMS plans and PSP vision Education: University degree in business, healthcare or life-sciences related science discipline. Masters considered an asset Experience: Deep professional experience in PSP Bio-pharmaceutical commercial and marketing experience is an asset. Elle est responsable de diriger une équipe de gestionnaires principaux de programmes PSP, qui sont imputables d’un portefeuille de PSP, élaborent les stratégies des programmes, gèrent les opérations, supervisent la performance des fournisseurs et exploitent les données et les perspectives pour faire évoluer les programmes. Le/la directeur(trice) adjoint(e) exerce ses fonctions en pleine conformité avec les lois, règlements, politiques d’entreprise et les normes d’éthique et de conduite des affaires de BMS Principales responsabilités: Établir la vision, l’orientation stratégique et l’évolution des services aux patients de BMS afin d’aligner les priorités de l’entreprise avec les transformations du système de santé et les besoins des patients, proches aidants, professionnels de la santé (PS) et autres parties prenantes. Favoriser le développement de solutions innovantes destinées aux patients et aux systèmes de santé afin d’améliorer l’expérience globale et les parcours des parties prenantes. Définir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et des mesures de valeur pour évaluer l’impact des programmes, tout en optimisant les coûts et les impacts « gross-to-net Définir la transformation numérique requise pour moderniser et pérenniser les PSP en exploitant l’intelligence artificielle, les données et les outils numériques afin de soutenir l’innovation, l’efficacité opérationnelle et la simplification. Diriger les opérations globales des programmes et la gestion des fournisseurs, incluant les aspects financiers, contractuels et les évaluations de performance, en collaboration avec les gestionnaires PSP et les équipes d’approvisionnement.
