Job description

The main purpose for this position is to perform the following tasks within Fusion ERP SCM for CSS LAD MX/MCR Clients. The main functions will focus on optimizing cross-functional support for these accounts: * Ticket reception: creating tickets (incidents or requests) in systems like My Oracle Support (MOS) for PS tickets on general topics such as Performance, increased storage space, and primarily issues that fall under SaaS but don't belong to a specific team like Finance, SCM, OTM, etc. * Resolving Known Issues: Troubleshooting common incidents by following guides and scripts, such as access problems, account lockouts, or basic Fusion application failures. * Information and Follow-up: Keeping users informed about the status of their tickets and next steps. * Area Reports for delivering information to various LAD clients.
