This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential to ensure that the organization s processes are optimized and aligned with strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business needs and technical requirements. - Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams. - Experience in gathering and synthesizing information from diverse sources to support decision-making. - Ability to design and document business processes and system requirements clearly and comprehensively. - Familiarity with tools and techniques for process modeling and business analysis.
