This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across departments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and technology solutions. - Ability to develop and present business cases that justify investments and strategic initiatives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams effectively. - Capability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive consensus among various business units.
