Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives. Must have skills : Data Analytics Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing broad requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The day also includes translating business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing operating models that support these changes. Additionally, the role supports transformation efforts by preparing business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and smooth execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business and technology perspectives. - Assist in monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex business scenarios. - Experience in mapping business processes and designing operating models. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions. - Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. - Familiarity with tools and techniques for business case development and impact analysis.
