Role Overview Under the direction of Associate Director, Technical Product Management, Migration Services, the candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing system changes across Migration Services and partner organizations. This role is accountable for ensuring changes are properly documented, communicated, approved, executed, and closed in accordance with enterprise change control practices. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Change Manager and Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning technical system changes, preparing and maintaining the documentation required for Change Requests, and raising Requests for Change (RFCs) and CRQs for internal and partner organizations to support successful execution. You will coordinate communications to stakeholders, respond to questions and concerns throughout the lifecycle of each change, and represent planned changes at Change Approval Boards (CABs). The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple activities at once, a solid technical background, and working knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA. Familiarity with change control best practices and an understanding of how Migration Services operates within the broader technical infrastructure will be highly valuable. This position will: · Plan and coordinate system changes end to end, from initiation through execution, validation, and closure. · Prepare, review, and maintain complete and accurate documentation for Change Requests in alignment with change control standards. · Raise and manage RFCs and CRQs for internal teams and partner organizations to support approved change activities. · Track dependencies, schedules, risks, approvals, and task completion to ensure changes are delivered successfully and on time. What will you do in this role · Plan system changes and maintenance events: Develop detailed change plans covering scope, implementation activities, timelines, dependencies, risks, validation steps, and backout plans. · Create and manage change documentation: Ensure all Change Requests are documented clearly and completely, including technical details, business impact, implementation procedures, testing evidence, and closure records. · Raise RFCs and CRQs: Submit, track, and manage Requests for Change and CRQs for internal and partner organizations to support the successful delivery of planned activities. · Coordinate stakeholder communications: Send timely communications to all impacted stakeholders before, during, and after changes, and serve as a point of contact for questions, issues, and status updates. · Represent changes at CAB meetings: Present change plans, risk assessments, business impact, technical details, and mitigation strategies to Change Approval Boards and respond to review questions. · Complete ticket closeout activities: Ensure all related tickets, approvals, evidence, and documentation are updated and formally closed once the work is complete. · Support end-to-end event management: Oversee the full lifecycle of each change event from planning through conclusion, ensuring accountability, quality, compliance, and operational readiness. · Apply best practices for change control: Follow and reinforce established standards for change governance, risk reduction, scheduling discipline, and operational excellence. · Partner with technical teams: Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, migration, and partner teams to coordinate technical system changes and ensure successful outcomes. · Incorporate Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve productivity and process efficiency. Required Qualifications: · Change management expertise: Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and governing technical system changes in a structured enterprise environment. · Documentation skills: Strong ability to create accurate, complete, and audit-ready documentation for Change Requests, implementation plans, risk assessments, and ticket closure. · Technical background: Familiarity with technical infrastructure and system changes, with the ability to understand implementation activities, impacts, dependencies, and risks. · Strong communication and collaboration skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical change information clearly to stakeholders, partner organizations, and leadership. · Organization and multitasking skills: Proven ability to manage multiple changes, tasks, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. · CAB and governance experience: Comfortable presenting changes in CAB forums, answering questions, and driving approvals through established governance processes. · Change control best practices: Strong background in change control disciplines, including risk identification, scheduling, documentation quality, stakeholder readiness, and closure compliance. · Partner coordination: Experience working across internal teams and external or partner organizations to coordinate approvals, dependencies, and execution activities. · Migration Services knowledge: Understanding of how Migration Services operates and how system changes fit into the broader technical infrastructure is highly beneficial. What should you have: · 3+ years of experience in IT, infrastructure operations, change management, or a related field. · Experience planning and coordinating technical system changes in a structured enterprise environment. · Hands-on experience creating and managing change records, RFCs, CRQs, and related implementation documentation. · Working knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, business stakeholders, and partner organizations effectively. · Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple concurrent priorities with a high degree of accuracy. · Familiarity with migration services processes, infrastructure changes, and enterprise change governance is preferred. · B.S. required in IT, Engineering, Computer Scie
