Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Intern, Complex Analytical Laboratory role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include: Support the design, execution, and optimization of cell-based bioassays to evaluate the relative potency of drug substances and drug products. Perform routine laboratory activities, including mammalian cell culture, application of aseptic/sterile techniques, buffer and reagent preparation, and assay execution. Assist in method development and troubleshooting by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data under guidance. Document experimental activities in accordance with GxP requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data integrity standards. Maintain laboratory readiness by managing inventory of reagents, consumables, and cell banks, and ensuring proper laboratory organization. Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to support ongoing projects and timelines. Participate in team meetings and present experimental results, insights, and progress updates. The minimum qualifications for this role are: The successful intern will be a current junior or senior student enrolled in a science based Bachelor or Masters degree program. Must have basic knowledge of science related applications and concepts with good oral and written communication skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Work and Lotus Notes is preferred. The salary range for this position is: If pursuing Bachelor’s degree = $20.00/hour; if pursuing Master’s degree = $25.00/hour; if pursuing Doctorate Degree = $30.00/hour.
