We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planner II to support planning activities for Systems and Hardware across multiple product lines. This role is responsible for managing production planning, scheduling, and materials alignment to support customer demand and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a continuous improvement mindset. This position partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Product Management to balance supply and demand, identify risks, and drive execution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is expected to model our Leadership Behaviors—Integrity & Compliance, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Courage, Team Empowerment, and Accountability & Results—in all aspects of work.Key Responsibilities Manage planning and scheduling activities for the Systems and Hardware product groups. Evaluate scheduling priorities and adjust plans to support changing customer demand and business requirements. Coordinate kitting, inbound material flow, and assembly readiness to support production schedules. Review and respond to expedite requests in partnership with Customer Service and Operations. Maintain relevant planning and supply chain performance metrics and drive corrective actions to improve results. Analyze root causes for supply, schedule, or service gaps and partner cross-functionally to implement mitigation plans. Generate supply chain analytics and reports using Excel and other business tools to support decision-making. Participate in the SIOP process by providing planning data, assumptions, and risk assessments for assigned product groups. Cross-train on other product lines and serve as backup for other planners as needed. Facilitate effective cross-functional meetings to identify constraints, communicate risks, define actions, and support timely decisions. Drive performance to key supply chain KPIs including OTIF, backorder, and schedule adherence through structured reviews and follow-up actions. Execute and manage MRP activities in SAP, including reviewing exception messages and maintaining planning parameters. Identify and escalate supply risks and partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute mitigation plans. Support special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, operations, or a related field preferred. Experience with ERP systems required; SAP PP/MRP experience preferred. Working knowledge of MRP concepts, including supply and demand balancing, safety stock, and projected inventory analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Access, or Tableau is a plus. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities. APICS/CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus. Knowledge of capacity planning and production scheduling concepts preferred. The estimated salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $71,060 - 90,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
