This Position reports to: Sales Operations Manager Your Role: Own the Challenge Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control processes. Optimize warehouse space, capacity, and material flow. Develop and maintain standardized work instructions. Ensure equipment and facility maintenance requirements are met. Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, and safety. Lead and support teams to meet operational and health & safety standards. What it takes to run what runs the worldExperience in warehouse or logistics operations with team leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes. Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.
