The Position The Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem is a foundational capability of our enterprise commercial content supply chain. By enabling the seamless management, curation, and governance of atomic content components, the DAM platform serves as the single source of truth that powers omnichannel content personalization at scale. Through robust integrations with diverse creative applications, upstream/downstream channels, and advanced analytics platforms, the DAM orchestrates the entire lifecycle of digital assets. Furthermore, in the era of Generative AI, a highly structured and well-curated asset repository is critical. The quality of our structured data components forms the absolute bedrock for any advanced AI automation, dynamic content generation, and intelligent asset reuse across the organization. Job Responsibilities Scope / (Content Leadership): Independently defines, manages, and controls the scope of medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams with moderate complexity. Leads and facilitates the scope definition process, aligning with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, and team dependencies. Proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates scope-related risks, manages scope changes, and champions the adoption of scope management best practices within the Chapter. Accountability/Problem Solving: Independently leads the analysis of moderate to complex delivery problems, driving root cause analysis and eliciting complex stakeholder needs. Accountable for comprehensive improvement plans and contributes to solution design and validation. Champions accountability, deals pragmatically with ambiguity, and uses effective facilitation techniques to guide teams while mentoring colleagues and building team spirit. Stakeholder Management: Identifies a diverse range of stakeholders across functional areas and develops comprehensive stakeholder communication plans. Effectively manages relationships to act as a trusted advisor, proactively shapes stakeholder perspectives, and navigates intricate stakeholder environments by resolving conflicts to ensure alignment. Impact/Strategy: Demonstrates consistent performance with an impact that typically extends to a specific product, initiative, or cluster. Contributes to achieving product or domain goals by ensuring value delivery, takes a proactive role in shaping team processes, and contributes to the implementation of strategic objectives for Informatics, the Chapter, and/or Domains. Complexity / (Product Size): Manages moderately complex initiatives or workstreams extending across a product or service. Manages the delivery of complex features, services, or projects (e.g., a service transition, a product release, or an Agile Release Train (ART) increment). Selects and tailors delivery methodologies while managing dependencies between activities. Business/Technical ability: Demonstrates strong business acumen by analyzing business needs and translating them into effective delivery strategies. Selects and adapts delivery methodologies to optimize results, manages complex delivery processes, and utilizes advanced delivery tools and techniques to address business challenges and contribute to planning. Who you are Education / Experience Enterprise DAM Expertise: Proven track record as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager implementing and managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) within a Commercial Content Supply Chain. Complex Delivery Management: Experience independently leading the delivery of complex technical features, platform integrations, or service transitions across cross-functional global teams. Strategic Roadmap Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and content requirements into strategic technical implementation plans and product backlogs. Technical Skills DAM Core Architecture: Strong expertise in enterprise metadata schemas, taxonomy design, digital rights management (DRM), and automated asset workflows. Integration & Modern Tech: Solid understanding of API-driven integrations, microservices, and webhooks to connect DAM platforms with upstream creative tools and downstream MarTech channels. Analytical Delivery: Strong analytical skills utilizing Agile/SAFe methodologies to drive root-cause analysis and optimize platform performance and delivery processes. Additional Qualifications MarTech/IT Liaison: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap and build trust between commercial marketing users and technical engineering teams. Workshop Facilitation & Alignment: Strong capability to facilitate technical workshops, manage intricate stakeholder environments, and resolve conflicting platform priorities. Coaching Mindset: Mentoring mindset focused on building team spirit, driving accountability, and connecting team technical growth with broader business objectives. What you get: Salary range 14,000 - 26,000 PLN gross based on the employment contract. Annual bonus payment based on your performance (target 15%). Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
