Job Description Summary Job DescriptionRole Summary/Purpose: The Advanced Imaging Solutions (AIS) Transformation Director is a senior, enterprise-level role responsible for driving end-to-end business transformation across the AIS organization. This leader will define and execute transformation strategy to accelerate growth, expand margins, and simplify operations while strengthening cross-functional alignment and accountability. This role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver structural improvements in operating rigor, decision velocity, and organizational effectiveness. The Transformation Director will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, eliminate silos, and ensure disciplined execution of strategic priorities through a Lean, data-driven approach. Essential Responsibilities: Transformation Strategy & Execution Define and lead the AIS transformation roadmap aligned to growth, margin expansion, and simplification Translate strategy into clear, measurable initiatives with defined ownership and milestones Drive enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring alignment across product, commercial, Technology, and operations Establish a simplified, scalable operating model with clear accountability and decision rights Eliminate silos and improve cross-functional handoffs to increase speed and efficiency Standardize how products are developed, positioned, and delivered across the portfolio Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and drive execution across a global, matrixed organization Influence without authority to accelerate decisions and outcomes Lead change management to enable adoption of new ways of working Foster a culture of Lean discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement Build organizational capability in transformation, problem-solving, and execution rigor Financial & Business Impact Drive structural cost improvement and sustainable margin expansion Partner with Finance to validate business cases, track benefits, and ensure financial rigor Monitor and report KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability for results Lead transformation governance, including operating cadence, milestone tracking, and executive reporting Identify risks, remove barriers, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery Ensure disciplined execution through standard work, metrics, and performance management Success Measures Delivery of defined margin expansion targets Improved decision velocity and execution timelines Reduced organizational complexity and duplication Achievement of key transformation milestones and program outcomes Basic Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Significant leadership experience in transformation, operations, strategy, or program management roles Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives Strong financial acumen, including experience with business cases, cost transformation, and KPI management Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization Desired Characteristics: Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) Deep experience in healthcare, medical device, or technology-driven environments Strong Lean / Six Sigma background with demonstrated application in business transformation Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to simplify complex problems and drive decisive action Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders Experience driving operating model redesign, organizational change, and cultural transformation High level of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline Results-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable, structural impact We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $169,600.00-$254,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
