A day in the Life:Aggressively pursue new sales opportunities within the territory. Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and future clients. Collaborate with channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities. Keys to Success:Strictly adhere to sales goals and performance metrics. Successfully implement strategies to improve client solution opportunities. EducationHigh school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Life Sciences or equivalent experience is preferred. Experience3+ years of sales experience in the laboratory industry or lab experience. Knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product applications. Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities. Proven capability to negotiate and close business effectively. Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentWillingness to travel to meet sales goals. Ability to work in various laboratory environments. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $70,300.00–$100,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
