This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with overarching business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to synchronize technical efforts and drive project success is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the development team by mentoring and supporting members to enhance their technical capabilities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and product quality. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between technical and business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nvidia Omniverse. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unity Programming. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software systems. - Experience in performance optimization and code quality assurance. - Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems.
