The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within assigned account by building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering Cytiva’s workflow or bioprocess solutions to meet business objectives. The Key Account Manager will be the lead point of communication for all key account matters, anticipate the customers’ needs, work within the company to ensure timline for the customer are met, and help the client's success. This position reports to the Account Management team leader and is part of the Korea Bioprocess team, and will be fully remote. What you will do: Maximizing sales and profit from assigned key accounts through strategic account management Focusing on business visibility improvement through accurate and timely forecasting of order and sales Pursuing business opportunity expansion with customer intelligence and market insight Developing a solid and positive relationship between Key account customers and Cytiva Resolving Key account customer issues and complaints Developing a complete understanding of key account needs Handling communications between key account customers and Cytiva internal teams Strategic account planning to improve financial outcome Negotiating contracts with the key accounts and establishing a timeline of performance Working with various team members from other departments including modality, application, service, indirect sales channel, finance, logistics, marketing and etc. to ensure customer needs are met and Cytiva’s goal is achieved. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with partners, and possible use in future case studies or company training Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines Analyzing key account customer data to provide customer relationship management Growing relationships and bringing in new clients Who are you:3~10 years work experience in B2B industry, strong interests in BioProcess and Life science domain Goal-oriented, organized great teammate, excellent interpersonal relationship skills In-depth understanding of key account customers and their position in the industry, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with CRM software. Strong negotiation skills with ability of following-through on customer contracts Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solution, strong business and commercial acumen Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/Environment Requirements: • Fluent level of English & Korean in written and verbal communications • Ability to travel abroad upon business needs • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record within territory or locations It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • SFDC(Sales Force Dot Com) Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
