Radiometer Turkey is looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of warehouse, logistics, inventory and operational coordination activities. The role will be responsible for supporting reliable inbound and outbound flow, accurate system transactions, clean operational documentation, inventory accuracy and timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This position plays an important part in ensuring that Radiometer products, spare parts and related materials are handled accurately, safely and in line with company quality, EHS and compliance standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the warehouse team, operations leadership, customer service, sales, finance, quality/regulatory teams and logistics partners to support customer delivery, business continuity and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch preparation and coordination of outbound shipments. Maintain accurate documentation and system transactions for stock movements, delivery notes, returns, transfers, shipment records and warehouse-related activities. Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock checks, expiry/lot/serial number control and investigation of stock discrepancies with the warehouse and operations team. Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality/Regulatory and logistics providers to resolve delivery, documentation, order and shipment-related issues. Follow up on shipment status, open operational actions, backorders, documentation gaps and customer-critical delivery priorities. Support timely order-to-delivery execution by ensuring clear handoffs between warehouse, customer service, freight forwarders, couriers, distributors and internal stakeholders. Maintain strong discipline around SOPs, quality requirements, EHS standards, inventory traceability and audit-ready documentation. Support ERP/WMS updates and ensure operational records are completed accurately and on time. Contribute to DBS, 5S, visual management and continuous improvement activities within warehouse and operations processes. Identify recurring operational issues and support practical corrective actions to improve service levels, reduce manual follow-up and strengthen process discipline. Measures of SuccessInbound and outbound transactions are completed accurately and on time. Warehouse service levels are maintained with minimal delays to customer or distributor deliveries. ERP/WMS updates and shipment documentation are accurate, timely and audit-ready. Inventory discrepancies are investigated and closed promptly. Cycle counts and stock checks are completed as scheduled. Operational escalations are followed up with clear communication and proper ownership. Warehouse SOPs, EHS standards, quality procedures and 5S expectations are consistently followed. RequirementsHigh school diploma, vocational qualification or associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field. Relevant hands-on warehouse and logistics experience may also be considered. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics support, order fulfilment, inventory control or supply chain administration. Good practical understanding of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stock control, returns and operational documentation workflows. Experience in a regulated, quality-controlled or healthcare-related environment is preferred. Medical device, diagnostics, IVD, pharma or life sciences experience would be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational workload accurately under time pressure. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders. Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory transaction tools or shipment/logistics platforms is preferred. Turkish language is required. Working English is preferred for internal communication, documentation and system use. Personal SkillsOrganized and structured in daily follow-up. Strong attention to detail. External: Logistics providers, couriers, freight forwarders, distributors, service partners and other external parties involved in warehouse and delivery-related operations. Work ArrangementThis role requires regular in-person presence at the company warehouse location to support physical operations, inventory control, shipment coordination and daily operational execution. Minimal travel is expected, mainly for local logistics or business coordination if required.
