This position reports to: Integrated Production Unit Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. The work model for the role is onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Business Area. You will be mainly accountable for:Production Process Management and Continuous Improvement - Oversee, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance overall efficiency, stability, and performance through continuous improvement initiatives Engineering Support and Technology Implementation - Support production operations through engineering expertise, problem resolution, and the introduction of new technologies and methods to improve manufacturing capabilities Performance Monitoring and Analytical Reporting - Monitor production performance, analyze operational data, and provide structured reporting to support informed decision-making and process optimization Collaboration, Training, and Compliance - Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, support workforce development, maintain operational documentation, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the roleExperience in engineering or manufacturing field will be considered as an advantage A bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Excellent problem-solving skills, Continues Improvement knowledge and practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology – 5S, Solid Works, AutoCAD, Lean Six sigma certificate will be considered as an advantage Good level of English language, written and spoken A collaborative, solution-focused and result oriented person with proactive approach and strong written and spoken communication skills Willingness to travel abroad aiming to secure business continuity Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
