Job Description We are looking for fresh graduates with basic knowledge of automobile technology and vehicle parts who can assist customers with vehicle-related queries, understand damage/repair requirements, and provide clarity on costing, insurance claims, and repair processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about automobiles and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Understand and identify automobile parts and basic vehicle mechanics Explain insurance coverage, claims process, and approvals in a simple manner Coordinate with internal teams / workshops for repair estimates and updates Handle customer queries via calls (voice process) Maintain proper documentation related to claims, estimates, and service records Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and clear communication Required Skills & Qualifications Education Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)/Any graduates Freshers are welcome Basic knowledge of: Automobile components Vehicle repair processes Insurance & claims (basic understanding is enough) Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred) Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers Basic computer skills (MS Excel / systems usage) Preferred / Good to Have Internship or training in automobile workshops/service centers Exposure to insurance or auto claims processes Customer interaction experience Shift Timings--6:30 AM to 3:30 AM , Sat & Sun fixed off Location--Bangalore & Pune Primary Skills Shift Time Recruiter Info Sunita M maabd@allstate.com About Allstate Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
