Job Description: Supervises professional and support level employees within the sales function. May provide work direction to Non-3M workers. Leads and motivates a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed revenue targets. Responsible for training staff, monitoring performance metrics, and handling escalated customer inquiries. Applies broad knowledge and extensive experience to deal with variations in work conditions and operations to proactively identify and solve complex and diverse problems in TS (Transportation Safety) areas. Supervises the development and implementation of improvements and solutions to work processes and tools in support of business and strategic plans. Drive TS work group (sales, marketer, application engineer) with clearly defined roles, with priorities and timetables, accountable for the activities and results of their work group, including leading for change. Manage distributors/key accounts and end customers mostly covering total Thailand, scope to cover government segments, and expand to cover safety solutions in commercial, healthcare and industrial area. Qualifications; Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administrative, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or account and distributors management, preferably in transportation safety, industrial, automotive, or related markets. Experience in sales strategy and territory planning. Ability to analyze market trends and grow revenue. Leadership background: Prior experience leading a sales team, supervising territory managers, coaching performance, and managing sales execution. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with transportation safety products, roadway safety solutions, personal safety, fleet, highway, or infrastructure-related markets. Customer management: Experience working with distributors, channel partners, contractors, government agencies, or large commercial accounts will be advantages. Business skills: Ability to manage forecasts, sales plans, pricing discussions, pipelines, CRM tools, SFDC, and cross-functional coordination Good command of English, computer skills Have own car Additional; Communication skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, customer relationship, and team leadership skills.
