Job Title: Sr. Specialist, Customer Acquisition - API (English) Job Description As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our advertiser base across the SMB segment in APJ. You will identify, engage, and qualify new advertising customers while managing a pipeline of opportunities from initial outreach through to close or handoff. You will research target accounts, develop tailored outreach strategies, and leverage data insights to prioritize high-potential opportunities. This role combines proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic thinking to help customers grow their business through digital advertising solutions while directly contributing to revenue growth.Lead negotiations and manage complex sales cycles, including procurement, security reviews, and stakeholder alignment. Drive high conversion rates on inbound demand by balancing technical credibility with strong commercial acumen. Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline. Ensure disciplined qualification and prioritization of opportunities using data signals, usage insights, and account intelligence to improve pipeline quality and funnel efficiency. Operate as a senior consultative seller, engaging both business and technical stakeholders to shape AI adoption strategies. Drive sophisticated discovery across business goals, technical requirements, and expected usage patterns to identify high-value LLM use cases. Translate customer needs into scalable consumption models, guiding customers on pricing, cost management, and long-term value realization. Build and present tailored solution proposals that integrate technical architecture, commercial structure, and expected outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, influencing early-stage thinking on how AI/LLMs can transform their products or operations. Shape customer buying strategy by connecting business outcomes with technical feasibility and platform capabilities. Partner deeply with Sales Engineers to navigate complex technical evaluations, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and platform capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GTM teams to unblock deals and improve the customer buying journey. Use product usage data, engagement signals, and market insights to accelerate deal progression, improve conversion probability, and optimize sales cycle velocity. Provide structured market feedback on emerging use cases, pricing sensitivity, and competitive dynamics. Continuously refine sales strategies to adapt to evolving AI capabilities, pricing models, and buyer sophistication. Act as the commercial bridge between customers and internal technical/product teams, ensuring feedback loops inform both product direction and GTM strategy.
