The Role: (Responsibilities) Responsible for leading demand generation activities and deliver the liquidation goals as per the business plan. Accountable for effective commercialization launch of new products following the new launch process. Develops annual goals and objectives for Demand Generation Team. Prepares the resource plan and budget plan for the Region by closely working with Sales, Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness Leadership. Accountable for maintaining and improving productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities. Responsible for Budget Management & ensuring that Demand Generation team is delivering the goals within the budget. Work closely with strategic and Brand Managers for Market Segmentation, Portfolio Positioning & Crop wise, Product Wise Strategy. Work Closely with Zonal Manager – Sales and Marketing and Sales Team for effective utilization for resources and activity planning. Work Closely with Marketing Agency for onboarding and training. Accountable for adoption of strategic initiatives like Market Unit Activity Planning and Tracking, Large Plot Demos (New Commercialization -2 and 01 Year), Demo Plots, Online training module, Archer adoption (Archer is mobile based app entire Marketing Agency MIT Team has the app to report activities and must report daily basis as per the task allotted to them by AMM in advance Systematically work for developing teams and hand holding them for better career aspirations. The Candidate: (Requirements) BSc. or MSc in agriculture, MBA in Marketing is desirable. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing in Agrochemical/Crop protection Industry Experience working in a customer-focused environment. Experience in handling professional sales and marketing teams in field. Good consumer and market insights Through knowledge of Crop & Pest Dynamics and Geography. Good knowledge of MS Office Ability to work with and through other teams/functions such as Sales, Marketing, R&D and Crop/ Brand Marketing team. Very good understanding of customer CTQs Creative mind and analytical skills Ability to relate to different audiences internal and external including Distributors and Farmers FMC is an equal opportunity employer.
